CABLE AND EQUIPMENT HANDLING: Please DO NOT use labels, stickers, or markers of any type on the rented equipment. If you do, please ensure to remove any residue completely. A maintenance fee per piece of equipment will be charged for the removal of stickers and/or cleaning of equipment. Please DO NOT use DUCT TAPE or MASKING TAPE on our cables. NO EXCEPTION. Instead, please use GAFFERS tape. For your convenience, we sell gaffers tape at our location. Please ensure that you wrap the cables properly when returning.

LOSS AND UNRETURNED EQUIPMENT: Customer is responsible for loss from any cause whatsoever incurred while in possession of Equipment, including theft. Failure to return Equipment per agreement terms with no communication from the Customer after 24 hours of Job End Date, will void this Agreement and Equipment shall be considered stolen goods, prosecutable in accordance with New York State Law. The customer credit card on file can be charged for Equipment MSRP. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with recovering missing Equipment, or cost of Equipment included but not limited to cost associated with repossession, legal fees, and collections.
